Booking Details
Bookings may be made by phone initially to make sure the cottage you want is free. Telephone bookings will be held for 5 days to allow for the completed form (Download a word document version) and deposit to be received by post. In the event of a cancellation the deposit is not returned unless we receive sufficient notice and are able to re-let the cottage.
Prices range from £250 per week to £420 per week depending on the demand, and the time of year. For more information contact Gordon and Margaret Swain using the contact details provided on this website.

Fishing
The rates on Smokey Cottage and Haywain Cottage include one rod permit. The rates on Malt House and Teifi View Cottages includes 2 rod permits. Additional rod permits can be purchased at £15 per day or £70 per week for residents only. Spare permits may be made available to other guests and non-residents. Please note that the number of rods is the same as the number of people fishing. All anglers must also have an Environmental Agencey Rod License which can be obtained from the local Post Office.
Trout Lake Fishing
Fishing is on a day or evening ticket basis. Catch and release only.

Charges
Prices are per cottage and per week. The electricity for heating and hot water etc, is not included in the price and is metered and paid for by a £1 coin slot meter.
Conditions of Booking
- Guests are asked to arrive not earlier than 3pm on the date of the commencement of the booking and to depart no later than 10am on the completion of the booking.
- During the peak season, bookings can only be accepted from Saturday to Saturday.
- A deposit of 50% of the total cost is payable when making a booking.
- The number of people staying in the cottages may not exceed the number stated on the booking form.
